E-Commerce Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gandha Vishwa purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products, our return policy for online purchases has specific guidelines.

1. Return Window

We accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of the original delivery date. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, any perfume bottle that has been opened, sprayed, or had its tamper-evident seal broken cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
